Works contract value $4M (circa 2025). Initially commissioned by Vinidex and their Insurers followed by their Builders BuildCorp for the Ultimate Reinstatement Works.
Building Condition Auditing for three (3) buildings at ANSTO Lucas Heights under contract to BCRC Durability Consultants. Included detailed Reporting and Scopes of Works for remediations and in-concept recommendations for wholesale roof drainage improvements and remediations on one building.

Major Corporate Loss matters assisting Executive Insurance Loss Adjusters in defining Engineering and Building Scopes of Reinstatement Works to losses at various substantial business premises. Both Direct Engineering Design, and Design Management of Sub-consultants, employed for Engineering Works Scoping.
